Millennial Hymn
When the equipping character's Elemental Skill deals Hydro or Dendro DMG, they will gain Prayer of the Far North: Elemental Mastery is increased by 60 for 4.5s. When nearby party members trigger Lunar-Bloom reactions, the equipping character gains New Moon Verse: Elemental Mastery is increased by 60 for 10s. When both Prayer of the Far North and New Moon Verse are in effect, all nearby party members' Bloom DMG is increased by 120%, their Hyperbloom and Burgeon DMG is increased by 80%, and their Lunar-Bloom DMG is increased by 40%. This effect cannot stack. The aforementioned effects can be triggered even if the equipping character is off-field.

Rumors claim it was created by the legendary thief, Reed Miller. Just as the first Treasure Hoarders came from all walks of life, this combination of tools meant for different purposes was designed to break down artificial boundaries, regardless of whether they were chains or borders. It should be noted that there are more than seven tools, its just that people are accustomed to using seven to describe anything numerous. Perhaps it is for the same reason that the world is believed to have only seven forms of order. Word on the street is that the legendary thief, Reed Miller, has been sentenced to death several times, yet he's always managed to escape at the last minute with the help of his friends — and his tools. In some versions of these stories, several of his followers willingly died in his place for their revered King of Elysium. Naturally, these versions can't compete with the more popular drunken stories full of romance and bliss. Since there has never been a shackle that could restrain the legendary thief, it is only natural to assume that no ending could do the same.
